Lisa has been with Edison Properties since 2019, first as a health care consultant and then as Executive Director for Bergen Gardens. With over 25 years of long term care nursing leadership and administrative experience, her current responsibilities include: working in partnership with Edison Properties to design and implement a strategic direction for Bergen Gardens, guiding the Leadership Team and staff to fulfil the mission of this groundbreaking seniors care project that delivers a true community experience for those who live, work and visit this extraordinary building. Lisa is a lifelong learner, dog lover, avid gardener and a country girl at heart.

Kim has been with Bergen Gardens since 2022 as the Community Operations Director. Her responsibilities include: Information Technology, managing the Finance Department, Administration, and working closely with Edison Properties on marketing Bergen Gardens. Kim brings 8 years of experience in long term care and has a passion for providing solutions to make every day living easier for people working and residing in our community. Kim’s creative side is most apparent through her personal life where she enjoys refinishing antique furniture, painting and gardening.

Jackie has been with Bergen Gardens since 2022. She brings over 25 years of experience working with Seniors in community and in long term care. Jackie has gained extensive education in ways to support people living with Dementia and their families while she was with the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba which she shares her knowledge with the Bergen Gardens community. Jackie is also a proud Eden Alternative associate and has made a commitment to support Seniors to live life to the fullest and is part of the team to drive Bergen Gardens to become a true Person-Directed Community. In her spare time Jackie loves connecting with nature, camping, and hanging out in her garden with her grand babies and children.

Daphne as been with Bergen Gardens since early 2022 as the Home Environment Director. Her responsibilities include Food Services, Housekeeping, Laundry and Maintenance for Bergen Gardens. After attending culinary training and achieving her degree from Red River College, she has dedicated much of her culinary career to bringing joy through serving meals in senior communities. With over 16 years of experience working mostly in long term care, she believes that through food and food experiences, people can form great relationships and share amazing connections. Daphne is an Eden Alternative associate and loves incorporating the Eden training into her everyday work. In her spare time, Daphne loves camping, reading, and singing in choirs.
